Mongolian Green Labels - Berlin

Mongolia Information and Trade Promotion Center (IHZM) and Mongolian Green Labels (MGL) store in Berlin

IHZ-Mongolei GmbH was founded in 2020 by our group of Mongolian citizens who have long and successfully worked as business people or professionals in Germany. Our aim was to make our own contribution to the economic development of our homeland with three important goals: 1. Trade in sustainable goods of all kinds from Mongolia, in order to support the living conditions of the 150,000 nomad families in particular, and to bring European consumers the enjoyment of exclusive and natural products; 2. Promotion of business relationships between Mongolian and European companies to make export promotion sustainable and intensive; and 3. Support for cultural exchange to deepen the friendship between Mongolians, Germans, and Europeans.

We are pleased that our initiative is supported by friends of Mongolia in Germany, by the Mongolian government, and by European Union projects. As a result, we have developed a multitude of offers and services:

  • Retail store for sustainable products from Mongolia in the heart of Berlin.
  • Online shop with goods shipping throughout Europe.
  • Trade mediation for retail and wholesale between Germany and Mongolia, with sample collections in our Berlin showroom.
  • Presentation of Mongolian companies at trade fairs and sales exhibitions.
  • Information events on cooperation between Mongolia, Germany, and the EU.
  • First point of contact, especially for German business people interested in trade and investment in Mongolia.
  • Collaboration with many partners: Embassy of Mongolia in Germany, Investment and Trade Agency (ITA), Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI), EU-funded International Trade Promotion in Mongolia (ITDM) project, and many more.

We look forward to continuing our path toward intensive trade and friendship between Mongolia, Germany, and Europe successfully together with you. Be curious about encounters with the people and their natural products from the endless green steppes of Mongolia.
