Shipment costs

Shipping is free of charge within Germany for orders exceeding €50.00 in single purchase.
Shipping is free of charge within Europe for orders exceeding €150.00 in single purchase.
Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.00. Exact forwarding expenses within Europe see you, if you put an article into the shopping cart and the appropriate supplier country to select.

Delivery Method
Our deliveries are carried through by our logistics partner DHL. 
The order confirmation e-mail will be sent after you make your order, which includes a product description.
The fulfillment confirmation e-mail will be sent after your product has been handed over from IHZ Mongolei GmbH to our logistics partner. This e-mail will include order tracking number, our return policy and further instruction to follow for the return process (return portal and return label).

Delivery Period
During the COVID-19 pandemic situation the delivery period may be extended. In case delivery is delayed during this period, the extension shall not be rendered delay since the circumstances are beyond our control.
Under the normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days
The actual delivery time of the parcel varies between 1-14 working days within Europe and deliveries to non EU countries can take up to 21 working days depending on the destination
Please understand that IHZ Mongolei GmbH does not do last mile delivery ourselves but partners with delivery companies and in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery may take a bit longer than expected. 

Large Orders
In rare cases, due to the German customs laws international orders that have a value above 1,000 € may be delivered in multiple packages at different times.

Notice
We would like to inform you that the DPD parcel shops in Germany are no longer accepting parcels due to the situation that has arisen. For this reason, we ask you not to choose a DPD parcel shop when selecting the parcel service in the return portal. Please note that this instruction is only for Germany and DPD parcel shops in all other countries are operating normally.

Return Policy
Returns are eligible up to 14 days, the return eligibility date will start once the customer receives the delivery.
In order to speed up the return and refund process, please follow our official return process as returns that didn’t follow our official return process will take longer to be processed and refunded.

Return Eligibility
Products must be returned undamaged in its original condition and packaging (includes tag). If the goods are returned worn or used (does not apply to trying on), a refund is not possible.
Not accepted returns will be sent back to the customer and the delivery cost will be covered by the customer.

Return Delivery
Until the delivery to our warehouse the parcel remains under customers responsibility. Please keep the proof of postage.

Prices & Expenses
The payment amount will reflect the price stated at the time of purchase on our website
The prices quoted are final prices, that is, they include the respectively valid German statutory VAT
Order delivery process will start once payment has been fully accepted

Lost Parcel
In case of a lost parcel,IHZ Mongolei GmbH will conduct an investigation process at DHL.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
