Registration
How can I register as a customer?You can register from the homepage by navigating to the top right corner. Or you can shop first, add the products in your shopping cart, and register prior to payment.
What information is needed for a registration?
Upon registration your name and email address must be provided. You need to use your current or active email address to successfully verify your registration. To ensure the shopping, your delivery address is also required.
Can I register as a wholesale customer?
Yes, you can. However, you will need to verify your business to us separately from the system.
Purchasing & Payment
What payment options are available?When ordering within Germany, you may choose any of the following options:

- via Klarna (Applicable to private customers only!)
- with credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)

You will receive a notification email with the details of your purchase with dates, amount and other details. You may also receive further emails from your financial transaction depending on which services you use. Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam folder to find the email. Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping cost within Germany?Shipping is free of charge within Germany for orders exceeding €50.00 in single purchase.
Shipping is free of charge within Europe for orders exceeding €50.00 in single purchase.
Standard shipping within Germany costs €5.00. Exact forwarding expenses within Europe see you, if you put an article into the shopping cart and the appropriate supplier country to select.
We sent all packages using 100% climate-neutral GoGreen approach.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The delivery period is three to five working days within Germany under normal circumstances. On the product page you will find up-to-date information the whereabouts of the order. If you order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be indicated. When shipping abroad (Switzerland and Great Britain) longer delivery times may be experienced.
May I set a specific date for a delivery to be made?
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it is not possible to send your order on a date of your choosing at this moment. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received by us.
How will my orders be packaged?
Your orders will be packaged in the following manner. Product with its original container (may vary depending on vendor and type of products) will be placed in a carton box sealed and protected.
How can I track my orders?
On the product page you will find up-to-date information about the whereabouts of your order. If you order products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be indicated. When shipping abroad (Switzerland and Great Britain) longer delivery times may be experienced.
Cancellation and return of orders
How can I cancel an order?You have the right to revoke the purchasing contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation of fourteen days begins on the day on which you or a third party you designated, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.

about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form. This is not mandatory. You may also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or make another clear statement via the form on our contact page. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of your revocation (E.g. by e-mail). In order to keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Will a cancelled order be immediately refunded?
Any repayments will be automatically made on the same account which you have used for payment.
